Alternative to Marking Menu

I miss the custom toolbox popup I would get right to my cursor no matter where it was in SW by hitting keybord "s"

I could customise it with my most frequet commands more than with the marking menu. Had no limit to number of command icons, the Marking Menu has limit of 8 has a relevancy to what is selected. Also I could add commad icons with a dropdown. I could even change the shape of this custom toolbox. It didn't mater what was selected or where my cursor was. Saved me a TON of time in mouse mouvement.

I particularly loved that I could add "s" to #1 button on my 3d connexion space explorer.

Adding pic of how marking menu can be clumsy. I want to hit "General Dimension" or "Progected View" but my cursor is over exsisting view, I have to first move my cursor outside view boundry to use marking menu. Irritating sometimes because it taking to much more time to custumise the marking menu because you need to set commands in every contexte of where your cursor might be, and some I can't even find.
