Allow the iFeature Extraction of Suppressed Features OR iLogic

Currently, if you have a part feature in a potential iFeature, and you change it to be adaptive so that you can use its properties tab to adaptively suppress or unsuppress the feature, you cant extract if if its default state is suppressed.

Take for example, a regular hole that after 20mm it gets surrounded by small holes. This is currently possible because you can extract said feature in the state with the extra holes. However, once you want to add more than that, say once the hole becomes 40mm it gets MORE holes, the default state of these holes will be suppressed and thus cannot be extracted.

I would like to be able to extract suppressed features that are adaptive into iFeatures. Im sure this is possible. Seperately, being able to attach a single iLogic rule to an ifeature would be INSANE. iFeatures allow for insane time savings but theyd allow for alot more if I could have more than one toggleable feature.
