Allow 'Create Scene' function to remember last-used folder

When creating an IPN I create a new Scene for every View Rep in the IAM, each showing a different assembly stage.

The "Create Scene" function always browses to the root Workspace folder which is annoying as our IPNs often use many Scenes, so each one requires browsing to the same project folder, and then to the same IAM file which is time consuming and desperately repetitive.

It would be really useful for "Create Scene" to remember the last browsed-to folder within the Workspace, or better still the last used IAM (as the pre-2017 IPN environment used to do).

I get the feeling the new IPN environment was designed around the assumption that only 1 Scene would be needed, containing 1 explosion of an entire assembly (as shown in the various Autodesk examples like the model engine assembly) and multiple Snapshots taken from the timeline - a workflow that only works if you intend to use the timeline, which we don't.

I agree that this should the default behavior. This is a major annoyance!
