Additional Ribbon customization capabilities: Large icons, and removing default buttons.

My vision and mouse coordination just aren't what they used to be...

So I use bigger icons when I can for more frequently-used things.

But I also don't want to fill up the screen with icons I don't need.

Things I'm looking for:

- Ability to have two rows of Large icons on the ribbon instead of just one. Right now, Standard buttons can stack three high in the ribbon, but Large buttons are only one high. Two could fit in there just fine.

- Ability to remove some of the default buttons. My own example: I doubt I'll ever use the Smooth G2 or Fix constraints. No sense having them on the Ribbon at all, freeing up space for other things like custom panels of more big, convenient icons for stuff that doesn't have a keyboard shortcut yet.

- Icing on the cake would be a lock/unlock function for the ribbon and then be able to just drag the icons around to make it much easier to customize.

This idea from 2015 asks for "Fully customizable ribbons" which would allow for basically making your own ribbon, but doesn't really go into much detail about the specifics of the request. That would theoretically take care of the desire to get rid of unused default buttons though.
