Add radius to sweep command to easily create pipes, railings etc.

I would like to see a 'radius' option added to the sweep command to simplfy the creation of pipes.

I have to model a lot of railings, arches etc created out of metal tubes and pipes. At the moment I have to create the 3D path, create a workplane at one end and then sketch a circle on the workplane, then sweep that along the 3D path. It would be much quicker to open the Sweep command, select a 3D path and specify a radius and have Inventor automatically create a tube following the 3D path.

I know Frame Generator can do this- but that creates seperate parts, and is too complex for what I am trying to do.
