Add nylock nuts to content centre

Please add nylock nuts (the ones with a blue nylon ring on one side) to the content centre library, I use them on almost everything i make.

All nylock nuts are to be found as DIN 985 in the CC, only blue plastics are not visible!

They just don't have the plastic, and they are under the flanged nut category
