Aside from the potential copyright issue....

This would be better posed over in the Drafting Techniques Forum.  This one is for topics about the use of the Forums, not of the software products.

An artist did the work originally.  You can do it to.

If we're going different software, you could also use adobe illustrator or the free alternative Inkscape if you have a vector graphic of the logo.
(or you let the software make a vector out of it.)
They should be able to export it as dwg/dxf, which you can then import into inventor.
(that is the software you're using, right?)

option 1:

I'm sure you could find a vector of such a logo quite easily from somewhere like: http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/

convert the vector to dxf or dwg and import as an ACAD object.

option 2:

find a ttf font for the logo, like: http://www.dafont.com/loki-cola.font

install the ttf and use that in Inventor.

personally, I'd try option 2 first, as I find it easier to scale/move fonts about (up until I find Inventor refuses to extrude them...)
