How do I convert the part file format from Autodesk Inventor 2016 to have it work in Autodesk Inventor 2015. Is there any compatibility feature in Autodesk, if not, please add a compatibility feature.

You cannot directly open a part created in 2016 in version 2015.

You can export your 2016 part to step or other neutral format though but you will lose the ability to edit the individual features in the model browser.

None (if any) 3d CAD programs allow backward compatibility..

If you are a student and your school is using 2015 and you downloaded 2016 then you should uninstall 2016 and load 2015 or get your school to upgrade

Sorry, Inventor has never been backward compatible.  You can export your part as a step file, but you won't have the same editing capabilities.

Product enhanecement requests can be made here.  Post your idea, and then you can start a thread here asking for votes on it.  But I have to say this one is probably a no deal.
