Exporting to DXF or DWG

Hi,

I'm using Inventor Fusion on MAC 576.1.0 and I would like to export my drawings to a DXF or DWG, how can I do that?

Richard

There is no way to do that, assuming you mean to make 2D drawings from your 3D models.

Also, Inventor Fusion for Mac is no longer supported and will not be updated.

Have you seen Fusion 360? Fusion 360 is the replacement for Inventor Fusion for Mac. We've been working on it now for years and you'll find it has all the tools in IFM, plus many many more, including 2D drawings, DXF export, FEA, parametrics, exploded assemblies, great rendering and materials, and much more.

It's still free.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Phil

Is Fusion 360 free or is it a free 30 day trial?

It's free.

You start in a 30 day trial and can choose at the end of that to either become a paying subscriber or sign up as a student or hobbyist.

If you are making more than 100k USD in revenue using Fusion, you should become a paying subscriber.
