Wrong Von-Mises stress value

Hi Experts

I was just trying to recreate a FEA study which was already done my team mate for learning purpose. 

1. I did the model simplifications

2.Applied the same constrains

3. Applied the same load.

But my results are no way close to the results of the orginal study.

a) Von Mises stress is 1170 MPa, whereas the original result is 266 MPa

b)Displacement is 14mm, original result is 2 mm

Does these issues look familiar for anyone ? Any one have an idea about what might be the thing which I am doing wrong ?
