Wrong material representation

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with the Inventor drawing sheet and would be thankful if anyone can help me.

If you look at the attached image, the indicated component has actually Galvanized material assigned to but represents the material of the adjacent component. Does anyone know the cause and solution?

Thanks in advance

Hard to tell without a sample you may provide (delete all else and leave just the minimum amount of files then attach those here, if possible).
Could a Manage > Rebuild All on the assembly fix that? What material AND appearance show up in the individual component when it is opened separately? Is your appearance library modified by several users or just admins? Is the component in question acquired from your Content Center (frame generator perhaps)? Try switching to View > Visual Style > Realistic and see if this persists (as a test).

Hi Galaxybane,

Thanks very much for your reply.

I managed to fix the issue by changing the Design view from Default to Master.

Thanks very much
