Dear,

when the holes of the curved plates are formed, I want to place work axis . But it doesn't work how do I fix this? It is an intention to place the bolts.

I use Inventor 2019 pro

In the folded state of your part, you could use the drop down for work point, and use loop select, place a point on the top and bottom edges, then place a work axis between the points.

I would possibly tackle it a different way and put the holes directly into the curved faces. I cant send a file back as I don't have 2019 running but hopefully the screen shot below may help understand.

I basically did the following

1. Added in a two construction lines onto your initial sketch; line length equal to the material thickness of 6mm with the line perpendicular to the arc.
2. Created a new work plane; Work Plane3, perpendicular to the construction line and at the end of the line. 
3. Create a new sketch on Work Plane3 and sketch in the position of the first hole, aligning it to the construction line from the first sketch. 
4. I then created a work point based on the 2d sketch geometry and put a work axis through the work point and Work Plane3.
5. Cut the hole through the material. I used the Cut Normal function for this.
6. Then create a circular pattern the hole; work point and axis about the centre axis; use the reference angle dimension from sketch2
7. Finally create a rectangular pattern of the circular pattern.
8. Now you have a workpoint and axis through each hole perpendicular to the curved face.

I try add a point on bottom and top, but it doesn't want to work. Please video.

@Anonymous : please video. It almost succeeded, but the axis line is not perpendicular, but follows sketch

You can make the construction line in the first sketch perpendicular to the arc or put a coincident constraint between the line and the centre of the arc, both achieve the same result.

Thank you for the video.

It was even trying to find the point of the loop edge. But the point inadvertently jumps to the center of the hole.

It's now resolved.
