One thing to me that is weird is you are missing the blocks folder in the model browser.

Hi! Many thanks for sharing the file! I believe it is corrupted. Like Brad pointed out, the Blocks folder is gone, which is wrong. These blocks seem to become orphaned.

The quickest way is to recreate it by Copy and Paste to a new part. If you find a way to reproduce the behavior from scratch, please let us know asap.
