"While rendering in Inventor Studio, the uncompressed file size becomes very large. When I use other formats, the video editor program doesn't recognize the video codec file, so I can't edit. Is there no way to save in a video format like MP4? Isn't there an easier method? How should I do it?"

Hi, unfortunately AVI and WMV are the only supported formats for export.

The resolution will affect file size

Hey,

whatever you might use, get a copy of VirtualDub (II) or- if it´supposed to be just a quick compression pass- Handbrake and recompress your files. RAW video and lossless format video file sizes are something else, yet this is usually compressed easily. You won´t need the original files for long. The real pity to me is, you can´t get Inventor Studio to render single frames and the offered compression formats are quite obsolete.

Both programs offer a lot for free. If you´re an absolute beginner, settle for Handbrake. The presets probably cover anything you might need. VirtualDub offers much better quality, but it´s not very accessible.

Kind regards
