What is the geometric content of parametric models exported to Infraworks?

I am facing a problem with exporting the parametric model from Inventor to Infraworks as shown in the below picture, can you help me?

Hi! Is the geometry a solid body, a surface body, or mesh? Please share the ipt file. It will help identify the problem more easily.

Hi Kareem,

The part looks fine. I don't see any issue. The body checks clean. It was last saved in Inventor 2024. What Infraworks release are you on? I believe it has to be on 2024 also. Otherwise, it won't be able to open the 2024 ipt file.
