I wonder what is happening between these two set

One is send from my professor, the other one is my set trying to copy these conditions

3 questions:

-Can someone tell me what can i do get the same results from "zestawienie" into "zestawienie_500"?

-Also which one is more proper for FEA study?

-And how to fix eventual mistakes?

For some reason I get an error when attempting to extract your zip file.

Try these settings

From the images - the loads are applied in different directions in the two examples?

(Perpendicular to face in the one image.)

Without seeing the actual files - I would expect the load to be along the axis.

Windows OS always works for me.

Right click on the project folder and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Is that what you did originally?

Results are different because these two analysis are different (obviously).

As you only provide very limited data, and I am not able to open the model as it is AI2023. I can only comment what I can see on the png.

1) deformation is different by order of magnitude or more.

2) Force values are not visibel

Possible causes:

1) structure is not the same. Scaled for example

2) material properties are not the same

3) Forces are different.

4) contacts are different for both simulations

5) bug in meshing if non linear constrains are used (there is a bug in inventor that makes results unstable in case non linear contact is used and gap between elements needs to be closed by the software. This combination does not work).
