What if my question was not answered?

I just received an eMail from Autodesk

It tells me what to do if a reply answers my question. It does not tell me what to do if no reply has answered my question.

In this case, my original question remains unanswered. What do I do?

Reply to it to bump it back up to the list. It wouldn't hurt to include a greater description and include pictures or even better a ScreenCast of what's taking place.

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
