What happened to arrow lines for tolerances and text?

In previous Inventor I used (2015) , when I hovered around vertical or horizontal position of line , it "jumped" into it perfectly. Now in 2018 there is always some small step on the line. It is very annoying. It takes much longer time to make it H or V and when I think its done I zoom closer and steps are still there.STEPS.jpg

Hello,

Simply Hold on key "Ctrl" when dragging and hope it makes you happier.

Thanks!

To elaborate a little on this:  The old (2015 and earlier) behavior was to snap to certain angles automatically (including 90°) when your line was close to those angles.  You could hold the Ctrl key to turn the angle snapping off.

In Inventor 2016, they changed this so that the Ctrl key turns the snapping on instead.  Both behaviors have always existed, but the default was reversed.
