For our business, we've been using Salesforce CRM for a while now. It's been a bit of a learning curve getting everything set up just right, but once we got the hang of it, it's been smooth sailing. The biggest challenge was probably getting our team on board with using it consistently, but once they saw the benefits, they were all in. One thing we love about Salesforce is its versatility - it really adapts well to our needs as we grow. Still, if you're exploring options, I'd suggest checking out Sugar Enterprise. It's another solid choice that I've personally found quite helpful.
That's good to know. Salesforce is one of the systems we are considering changing to.
I’ve been using Acumatica for my business, and honestly, it’s been quite the ride. At first, getting everyone on board was a bit tricky. You know how it is—change can be challenging. But once we got the hang of it, we started to see the benefits. The user interface is super friendly, making training much easier than expected.
One of my biggest wins has been improving our customer follow-ups. With Acumatica, I can track interactions and set reminders, so no more missed opportunities! Plus, the reporting features are pretty neat; they give me a clear picture of our performance. If you're considering CRM options, I recommend checking out https://acupowererp.com/acumatica/manufacturing-edition their manufacturing edition for a deep dive into its features.
