We've been using Salesforce for our CRM needs. One of our biggest challenges was getting all team members to consistently input data.

We also use Salesforce & it works OK. As you mention, the problem is getting users to be consistent in the way that they enter data. People are always the weak point.

That's good to know. Salesforce is one of the systems we are considering changing to.

I’ve been using Acumatica for my business, and honestly, it’s been quite the ride. At first, getting everyone on board was a bit tricky. You know how it is—change can be challenging. But once we got the hang of it, we started to see the benefits. The user interface is super friendly, making training much easier than expected.
One of my biggest wins has been improving our customer follow-ups. With Acumatica, I can track interactions and set reminders, so no more missed opportunities! Plus, the reporting features are pretty neat; they give me a clear picture of our performance. If you're considering CRM options, I recommend checking out https://acupowererp.com/acumatica/manufacturing-edition their manufacturing edition for a deep dive into its features.

I’ve been using www.fieldboss.com  for managing everything in one place, and it’s been great for keeping track of projects, service calls, and customer history. The automation features help reduce double-entry, and the reporting tools give clear insights into operations. The integration with other software is solid, making workflows smoother. If you need a CRM that understands field service management, it’s worth checking out.
