For the attached image, two tubes end cut at 45 deg are joint and grounded using weld. I was little confused of which weld symbol should I use?

I have always used a square Groove weld. Looks like || with the grind flat options.

For local fabricatos in the states, I typically use the Fillet & C2C text just to the right of the symbol.

C2C means Corner-to-Corner weld, which should be self-explanatory.

Whenever I make corner joints with structural shapes, I make them C2C unless it's impossible.

That's a very strong joint compared to internal fillet inside the corner.

For the faces of the tubing, I would specify a V groove symbol & prep-angle (usually 75° overall bevel like with pipe joints).

You have no choice on the inside corner weld, so that would be a simple Fillet symbol.

I don't ever show the weld prep on the actual part b/c it takes too much time and doesn't matter unless it affects the overall length of the part. But even then, the shop buys know what to do.
