Weld in inventor

I am new to inventor and use it mostly for school. It is inventor 2022 I am using.I have seen a lot of videos where they have an weld environment for welding, but i can't seem to find it on my on. It is not there by default and I can't find it under add-in or in the plugin store. Am i just blind?

You are in a part file (*.ipt).

You must place the part(s) into an assembly (*.iam).

You can either start from a weldments assembly template or go to Environment>Convert to Weldment. 
Then you will see the weldment tools.
