visual style difference

Hello, I have a problem with visual style texture. The texture looks different in realistic and shaded mode. How can I make it looks the same ? See screencast attached

Sorry, I didn't see you had a screencast.

Can you attach a part with this texture.

I assume the texture is applied in several places in the appearance but only gets computed when realistic is turned on.

In fact, if you look in the appearance editor and click on each of the places where the image map is applied, see if one of them has 180 degrees set in the angle.

Hi! Many thanks for sharing the findings! The behavior looks wrong to me. It is possible the Realistic view interprets the texture slightly differently. If possible, please share the files with me johnson.shiue@autodesk.com. I can follow up with the project team to understand the behavior better.

Thanks again!

Same on 2020 and if you add the same image in the bump map area and change the rotation to 90degrees you can even get the image to change direction and switching to realistic.

hello, I'm attaching the files if you want to look. I've added textures to the folder - inventor is going to lose reference probably because originally textures pictures was not there.
