Question one:
Is there a setting or butten somewhere that I've missed that takes care of the problem with the view labels not updating its position relative to the contour of the part when editing the view orientation after initially placing the view? I know I just can click and drag it where I want it, but since I can't orient it using any constraints it will never be at the place Inventor places the labels when I generate the view. This is quite annoying, and I can feel the OCD crawl up back when I can't get everything consistent in my drawings.
Question two:
Is there in fact a way to apply constraints to the line segments of leaders for balloons, text etc.?

After posting this I discovered the "Constrain to view border" option (by coincidence), that mostly solved the problem with the label, but how do I configure it to be on by default in my template?

Hi! The option goes by a standard. As long as the standard is saved back to the library, or the standard is a custom standard available only in the template (not in library), the option will stick.
Many thanks!
