Vector Graphics in Drawing / Title Block

Vector Graphics in Drawing / Title Block

I would like to embed my company's logo as a vector graphic in the drawing title block.  It appears as if raster graphics are the only accepted inputs.  Even then, the images are re-rendered in bloated, lossy formats.

For example, when I embed an 83 KB high resolution PNG file, it dramatically increases the file save time and inflates the file size by more than 200 KB.  Despite that, it actually generates compression artifacts!  Amazingly, the best practice seems to be to embed a low resolution PNG.

By far the better solution would be to embed an SVG or similar.  Can this be achieved in Inventor, or are we doomed to continue to rasterize low-resolution images of our company logo?

Hi! At the moment, the title block is limited to raster image. Please feel free to post an idea on Inventor Ideas forum.

Many thanks!

Possible workaround? :
Use vector software to export logo to dwg/dxf then import the line data into the Inventor drawing title block. (ACAD import option)
