Using layers in the Inventor drawings

Has anyone figured out how to apply a colored layer style to specific or grouped parts within a drawing? Example: all piping components I'd like to have "magenta", all nuts, bolts, washers, I'd like to show as "yellow".

I wish Inventor would allow use to define a layer style to specific parts.

Hi! You may create layer groups when exporting Inventor drawing to AutoCAD Mechanical drawing. As long as you have AutoCAD Mechanical installed on the same machine, you will get the following dialog when you select the export file file to AutoCAD Mechanical.
