Using Design Accelerator to Create Spur Teeth on a Weldment Produces no Spur Teeth

I am currently working on a project for a customer and as the title says I have not been able to produce teeth on this weldment.   The design specifications for the gear are correct and goes through the creation process (IA3)

, however, it does not produce a spur teeth1.ipt file and upon opening up the spur gears (IA 2), and when opening the spur gears by left clicking and selecting open it brings up the empty model file showed in IA 2, and when left clicking to open up the file location it brings me my computer documents without taking me to a specific folder.  I have tried everything I can to generate these teeth and have not been able to get them to render.

I suspect there is one or more parameters violating the design rules. Please share the files here. The forum experts can help take a look.
