Using Boundary Patch to create 2D surface not working

Hi, I am trying to use the Boundary Patch tool to create 2D surfaces to be used within ANSYS Workbench. I was having success with this method, however after trying to change the size of the interpolated lines in my sketch, I was unable to make the desired 2D surface. The error occurred when I tried to increase the length of the fins beyond 3mm. I have attached some images of successful surfaces made, as well as those that failed. I am not set on using Boundary Patch, so any other ways to make 2D surfaces would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

It seems that the constraints in the star sketch are not perfect. But it can pass.
