Updated to Inventor 2021, Now Textures Are Very Dark

We just updated all of our CAD stations from Inventor 2019 to 2021. In doing so, one of our stations' textures are much darker than they should be. Some of the content center members are black. Attached are pictures of the same model on both computers.

The textures are stored in the vault so they should be the same for everyone.

Any ideas are appreciated.

It looks like those computers are using different color schemes.  I would make sure that the view settings and color schemes are the same on both computers to see if there is still a difference.  It could just be the lighting and shadow settings are causing the darker textures.

In application options, both the display and the colors tab are the same for both computers. Still having the same issue.

Are your graphics drivers all up to date and are all of you using the same graphics cards/drivers?

Both drivers are up to date. NVIDIA Quadro K4200 vs. K4000.

Hi! Make sure the lighting style is the same.

Many thanks!

Turn off the dark mode. I've noticed the same thing and tried the difference settings. They still have not ironed out the dark mode just yet.

The lighting styles are both the same, and the PC with the incorrect textures does not have dark mode on.

I've solved the issue. Turns out the reflection environment file was missing so every part that had a reflection showed as black, as there was no image file.
