can anyone help me in this issue with some spherical shape is coming in between during an assembly

Hi, are you talking about the black thing or the green circle?

Do you have a sample dataset you can upload for us to have a look at?

i am talking about the black thing. also, I am not able to save that file.

Is that zoomed right in? I'm sorry I have no idea what that is. It could be a graphics issue if it's not an actual part. Try updating your graphics card drivers. Also make sur you are on the most recent version of your Inventor software.

This black thing is your lighting environment. If you turn off display scene image it will go away. 

Or just change your lighting scene
