Hi! I think this is because the "current" (last run) Inventor registered to Windows is 2016. As a result, the files saved by 2017 do not have the proper thumbnails. Try starting Inventor 2017 and close. After that. are the thumbnails display normally? If not, you might want to run a quick repair install (Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Autodesk Inventor Profession 2017 -> right-click -> Uninstall -> Repair Install.

Many thanks!

The problem seems that the uninstall of the Interpolation Revit for
Inventor 2016 also uninstall of the Interpolation Revit for Inventor 2017.
When I opened a file of the Inventor 2017 with Inventor 2016 went created
a connection between Inventor 2016 and the Inventor 2017.
I used the Revo Uninstaller for uninstall the Inventor 2016, thus after the
Inventor is removed from your installation local it does not more to be
reinstalled.

Seems that the problem is really that you used that Revo uninstaller tool and it caused some problems..

I would suggest that in the future you use the uninstall tool that comes with the program or uninstall through Windows..

You can normally fix the icons by right clicking on the file and selecting "Open With" and then pick Inventor 2017.. Do so for each file type and the icons "should" be restored..

I try open the files with Inventor 2017, but occur a mistake.
Perhaps would be best I uninstall Inventor 2017 and install It again.

Yes it would probably be a good idea to uninstall all autodesk products (using the autodesk supplied uninstallation tool) and reinstall if you are having "mistakes"..

Or you could try a repair install and see if that works.

If you haven't uninstalled..  I would try the following:

If you have Win 7, select the Windows Start button and type in the search file CMD (but do not hit an enter)

For Win 8/8.1/10, select the Windows start button and type CMD (but do not hit an enter).

When Command Prompt appears in the search results, right mouse click and select Run as Admin.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor <version>\Bin

Type Inventor.exe /install

Wait a few mins..  You will not see anything happening so don’t worry.

Restart Inventor..  Did that resolve the issue
