Hello, newbie question, is it possible to make a uniformed cut on a curved object so that the edges would keep equal distance all the way around and "follow" the geometry" ? So that the highlithed area would be equal in thickness, if that makes sense.

Hi! You probably use Extrude command and a circular profile to do the cut, right? An easy fix is to use Thicken -> Intersect and select the inner face to create the cut. Could you try it and see if it works for you?

Many thanks!

It worked, but i did the exact opposite instead, selected the outer wall and flipped the direction, whichever one you need 🙂  Best feature, thanks a ton ! !  And yes, i did just use a circular cut.
