Unable to Extrude cut sketch on offset plane in Inventor 2015 Pro

Hi, Problem coming in this specific model. Model converted from Inventor 2019 Stl to 2015 ipt version. I cant extrude cut from sketch on 'Work Plane 2' but extrude cut works if I sketch on Model face directly. Is there any way to this?

This is a multi solid part.  You need to specify the solid you want to cut.  Select the "Solids" button and select the solid.
