Unable to change precision for a hole diameter when tolerancing.

Trying to use the "Tolerance Feature" to define a hole pattern but it will not allow me to select a precision:

When using "Tolerance Feature" for other features, such as the width or the outside diameter, there is a dropdown that allows you to change the precision, but this option does not exist when Tolerancing a hole feature:

The hole is defined with a 3-digit dimension and is set to 3-digit precision, but the annotation always comes in at 2-digits for some reason:

If I use "Dimension" or "Hole/Thread Note" the option is there to change the precision:

The problem is that when using "Dimension" or "Hole/Thread Note" you can't add a Position Tolerance Feature Control Frame, that is only an option when using "Tolerance Feature".

How can annotate this hole to have a 3-digit dimension but also a Feature Control Frame?

I'm really not sure how to address this, but I'm replying to bump it and to follow along as this is something that's come up for me a few times now.

Hi! This is a known limitation, which has been reported as INVGEN-19945. At the moment, we don't have a good solution unfortunately.

Many thanks!
