Your elbow is Content Center so it will be saved in the same folder as the rest of CC (bolts, nuts, etc.)
For that you might need to setup a nested project inside your main project. Work the Tube and Pipe assembly inside the nested project to force CC files localy.
From 2016 onwards you can have "Prompot for Conduit File Names" (pipes) and " Prompt for Fitting Fille Names (insert content as custom)" (CC fittings) when you right click your T&P assembly and choose "Tube & Pipe Settings"
We are having trouble with just the elbows that are being generated from pipe run. They are being saved to "C" drive. We want everything to be saved on network. So if another designer canwork on project.
Take a look at your project settings and verify the save location for content center files. If it is Default then Application Options take effect so verify that in Tools / Application Options / File tab
