Trying to export point trace from dynamic simulation

Hello guys, 

I need to make a render of this attached 4 bar linkage, but would like the render to include traces of points from dynamic simulation. I know there is a option in the output grapher to export the trace to sketch, but in my case it looks like its doing nothing. I have never exported point trace before so I don´t where it should appear. I suspected it to export the sketch back to the assembly. 

I would be grateful for every advise

When you click Export to Sketch > what does the prompt in lower left of screen say?

(Unfortunately I doubt this is going to give you what you want - but let me give it an experiment.)

Thanks, I didn´t see the prompt. Now I am able to fully execute the command. Thanks for your comments.
