Transparent background / sheet in 2d drawing (idw)

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is posible to make the colour of the sheet in a 2d inventor drawing (idw) transparent?

I know I can change the colour under tools > Document settings > sheet - but I can´´t figure out how to make it transparent - if it is possible`?

(I want to export the drawing to a png file afterwards)

I've never seen that ... I've changed them to white to help adjust things in Photoshop. But a quick work around could be savining/opening it in Autocad...

With the Drawing File open, go to 'Save Copy As' > select 'PNG' from 'Save as type', click 'Options' and put a resolution value in the X OR Y  (such as Y = 1080), then, click 'Save'.

Then, using any photo editor (Gimp is free) change the creamy background of your newly created drawing picture to transparent.
