Hi!
Thanks for reporting this issue.
Few question to better understand the issue.
1. How did you install Tolerance analysis? via Autodesk Desktop app or Trail version?
2. When you start Inventor, are you logged into Autodesk account?
Thanks
Maulik

Hi Maulik,
I tried to install it initially using Autodesk Desktop App, but it did not work, it just got stuck and initializing the process. Then I signed in to my account and downloaded the installer and installed it manually as an administrator. the installation went problem free however, I cant see it in the Add-in manager in inventor and it doesn't run the module when I run the command.
and yes I am signed in at all time
Regards
Ali
Thanks Ali for providing more information.
Will try the workflow at my end to see if this is a general issue and report it to developer for more investigation if reproducible.
But can you please try uninstalling 'Tolerance analysis 2023' and re-installing? Hope fully that will fix the bad install for you.

Thank you Maulik ,
I followed your instructions and now it seems to be working fine, just to confirm, I uninstalled the Tolerance Analysis 2023, restarted the machine, installed it again via Desktop app , this time it went through , and it works ok afterwards.

Ali
