To get the beam info by VBA

Is there any way I can get the info of beams I modelded by frame generator? by using VBA?

I guess there is but don't know how...

Not sure what kind of info you need, but there are ways to check member information and no need to write code.

I'm so sorry for my lack of explanation.

Here is a thing.

I'm planning to write a code to modeld the base plate which will be attaced to column.

This is what's going to be happened.

First I select the column and ask some information about bolt holes.

Then the base plate size will be design by itself with the column size I selected and the bolt hole information.

To do this I need to be able to get the size of column like the depth, width ets...

But I can not do that yet so I posed that question here.
