To create Balloon with text

In the process of creating the drawings, I need to add some information in the form of a balloon with text. Using the BOM - balloon is essential because it reads the part number of the assembly and it stretches automatically (which is not possible with a SKETCH SYMBOL).

Request help.

You can  override double clicking the baloon.

You could fill in the properties in the part, something like keywords. Then get the balloon to point to that in style manager.
Use double style balloon if you want to call for part number also
