Title block and page do not align

I have recently made a title block in Inventor, but it will not align with my page!

When I am in sketch more it looks fine, but when I press finish sketch the page moves and it is so longer aligned.

How can I fix this?

Your titleblock insertion is based on the lowest lower right hand corner geometry.  So I think your titleblock has some geometry that's lower than the actual titleblock outline.   Please confirm that.

Update:  One more thing..  When you're making a titleblock, it can be sketched anywhere on the screen and doesn't need to be aligned with the border at that time.   As I stated its all about the location of the lowest right hand geometry.

you should sketch a point where the insertion point has to be and then select that point and make it a connection point.  I think in both title block and page.

Here is an image of my sketch. I have 4 points on each corner of the page. The title block is constrained within those 4 points. I don't know how to move the title lock after finishing my sketch? And I don't understand why it is not centered to the page... There is no geometry outside those 4 points.

It appears from the image you posted that you are including the border in your title block.  That's not how Inventor works-- the border is tied to the page corners, but the title block inserts into the border and connects to whichever corner of the border you have designated in Application Options:

Adding to @SBix26 and clarifying what I said earlier

This point 2018-08-01_13-43-59.jpgin your titleblock definition is causing the titleblock to shift.   Its the lowest right hand geometry that it will use to offset the titleblock when inserted into your drawing.  Basically that the insertion point in the lower right hand corner intersection of your border lines.   Not at the lower right hand corner of the paper size.
