Time worked on an assembly file.

Is there a way to see how much time you worked on a file? I've been working on an assembly and some new designs. I was asked if I new how much time I spent on it so far.

Nothing built into Inventor..

But there are some addins/standalong programs that can track time spent..

Of course so can a watch. 🙂
