Example 1:

IN LIEU OF ASTM-A36: 19 EQUIVALENT MATERIAL MAY BE USED.

Example 2:

IN LIEU OF ASTM-A500: 21 EQUIVALENT MATERIAL MAY BE USED.

Example 3:

IN LIEU OF BS EN ISO 683-1-2018 EQUIVALENT MATERIAL MAY BE USED.

I need to call above text to multiple drawings almost 100 plus drawings, 

Please suggest how can I make above three notes, three templates and after how can I call these templates for multiple drawings.

When you say 'call' do you mean through iLogic?

Also, do these '100 plus' drawings already exist or are you able to insert this text as you go along?

One way to do it, is under 'sketch symbols' in the Drawing resources (in the model browser) you can 'define new symbol' and create these three. 

Easiest way to do it if the drawings have not been done yet, is to set up your template with  a text note as shown below and the material field will auto populate.

If your drawings do exist, you can add text to the border template as James suggests, then use the Drawing Resource Transfer Wizard to change all of your drawings.
