I'm trying to rotate a panel on one axis located at an arbitrary locus point. I would like to attach a synchronous belt at one end of the panel and wrap it around a drive pulley at an offset distance coincident with the locus point and then attach the other end to the other side of the panel. Therefore, the belt has end points. Is this possible in Inventor 2017?
