Hi, so, it is my first time using this forum board so please bear with me in case i write in the wrong section or similar 🙂
So, lets get down to business.
I am a student, using Autodesk Inventor 2025, and whenever i start up a new "Part", "Assembly", or anything similar where i get opened another tab/window as a sort of "working area", i have at the bottom of the work area a navbar (for tabs/working areas"), and you would usually see things like "Home - Tab1 - Tab2 - etc"...
I am using the regular/normal keyboard shortcut, "ctrl + tab", to switch between these working area windows....
HOWEVER! Here comes my problem.
I have the "Home" tab, that JUST WONT GO AWAY! Honestly, i do get why its supposed to be there, but if i only have 2 work areas opened and need to make a quick switch between them "ctrl + tab", i have to hit like 2-3 times before getting to a window, that is just besides it.
Is it not possible to "temporary remove" this "Home" tab, while i work? When i try to right-click on the area, all it tells me is to close all tabs or close windows etc... and that is annoying as heck
I know this is a shot in the dark, but i hope none the less someone can help me out here.
Many thanks in advance! 🙂
