System config details are not getting loaded in INVMARK page on Autodesk Inventor

Repro Steps 

• Deploy latest Ge build.
• Perform windows and store updates.
• Install Autodesk Inventor application from vendor site.
• Install InvMark add-in from vendor site.
• Launch Inventor application.
• Click on InvMark
• Observe

Actual Results 

Invmark window doesn’t have system details-system,CPU & GPU.

Expected Results 

Invmark window should load all the system details-system, CPU and GPU .

i also meet this.  Do it will block the the test ? how can we skip the info collection?

 I too have this issue. Crazy thing is...I ran INVMark perfectly fine on November 5th...uploaded resutls, everthing. Went back to re-run it today, and now it won't find any system config. I am wondering if IT installed something on that work station between then and now that would prevent that?
