SWEEP CUT USING GUIDE SURFACE

Gday. I'm looking for input why this Sweep Cut using a 3D sketch helix & a guide surface doesn't work. See attached IPT file. Sketch6 is the cut shape, Sketch8 is a flat plane cut path & 3DSketch4 is Sketch8 wrapped around the surface.

I need to use the guide surface to ensure the cut stands up straight and doesn't lay over.

What happens if you make a much bigger helix to meet the top of your surface and use that as a guide rail?

I tried it for the 13th time and it's worked. All I can say is I changed the order of settings (previously worked from top down but this time changed that up) and it now sweeps. Odd!
