surface texture dialog box

This view of the dialog box doesn't match the one on the help page for Inventor 2019. Why is there a difference? The surface texture picture is what I get when I place the symbol in a drawing. The other picture is shown on the help page.

Do you have active maintenance plan for Invento?r   I would ask the subscription question but if you don't have an active subscription, Inventor wouldn't be working anyway?

Yes, I have a student license. All I'm trying to do is find where I can download the Inventor 2019.4 patch so I can properly attach finish marks on my drawings.
