supressing a constraint in inventor studio

I'm trying to animate the movement of the red object along the blue horizontal line and then up the vertical line. Im driving a distance constraint to bring it towards the rear, but in the timeline how do I suppress that and the activate a distance mate to raise it up the vertical line?  When i try to suppress the horizontal mate it only gives me the option to do it instantly , not over a time duration.  Anyone here good with studio and could give me a little help?

Do you need to drive the constraint?

Can you just move the component using this command?

You can suppress the constraints, but I don't think you can animate the suppression, I.e. turn it on and off.
