Style when creating base view

Hi,

When creating a base view of a assy in a drawing the style is set to "Hidden line removed".

When creating a base view of a part it's set to "Hidden line".

I don't know if this is by default because we are using our own style (which my predecessor created).

Now I want to change the default for parts to be "Hidden line removed".

I have searched in the "style and standard editor" to change this but I can't find it.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

View dialog stores last used setting in the windows registry. It is document type specific, so it is stored separately for parts and assemblies. When you change this setting it should be remembered. Next time you place a view of the same document type, it should default to last used value.

Hope this helps,
